DESIGN

Our project team is composed of specialists in most engineering disciplines including: piping, construction and installation, control systems, instrumentation and controls, and electric and mechanical equipment. We also render certification services and develop technical documentation.

Engineering Services

  • Selection and engineering of the basic process for design documentation development, or project implementation including preparation of the process flow diagrams, P&IDs, selection of the basic equipment, preparation of utility flow diagrams, and general arrangement drawings for the facility;
  • Development of detailed design comprising mechanical and electrical equipment, instruments and controls, and equipment with rotating parts;
  • Development of all the required technical documentation including guidelines for all project phases, and equipment manufacturing;
  • Supervision of the equipment manufacturing process and non-destructive testing;
  • Development of the equipment installation method.

Design Documentation

The design documentation phase is the most important project implementation stage. It provides a higher degree of detail and precision as compared to a standard FEED. 

It identifies long lead materials and equipment, which shall be considered at the design documentation and EPC project bid preparation stage.
